1.IoT access: Ethernet ports are reserved for loT access, which can display rotation speed, stranding specifications, wire speed, output, equipement maintenance, etc.
2. Carbon Fibre bow: Adopting high quality carbon fibre bow, single bow design, light weight, energy savingmore than 25%.

3. Electronic control pitch: can set the pitch value on the PLC panel.

4. Take-up tension control: AC frequency conversion motor drives take-up.

5. Internal precision traverse: stepper motor + precision ballscrew traverse, through PLC precise calculation, guarantee the wiring accuracy.
6. Laser detection (optional): Suitable for high demanding stranding production situations, automatic detection of rows of wires to the edge.
7. Electric lifting system: self-locking, high positioning accuracy, easy to operate to load and unload the spool.
